  • Events & Workshops: Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a refund withholding 5% service charge. No refunds for cancellations made after 14 days prior to the event.
  • Coaching & Private Sessions: Rescheduling is allowed with [24hours] notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
